From workshop manufacturing to dispatch for delivery
leet design acoustic booths are manufactured in our workshop, in a town near Vichy. This central geographical location allows our agents to quickly respond to our clients throughout France.
Each acoustic booth manufactured in our workshop undergoes rigorous quality control before being transported by our delivery agents in trucks. To ensure a smooth journey, the acoustic booths are protected by a reusable cover that secures the various parts of the phone booth within the truck.
Our in-house operations/logistics department implements an optimized delivery schedule each week, aiming to minimize mileage and, consequently, our GHG emissions.

How do our delivery agents operate?
Upon arrival at the client's desired destination, our delivery agents will unload and transport each acoustic booth kit to the location specified by the client.
Depending on the phone booth model, assembly time may vary, from approximately 30 minutes for a 1-person acoustic booth to up to 3 hours for a 6-person acoustic meeting room. Our agents will then meticulously assemble the phone booths to guarantee the same acoustic quality as in a laboratory.

Once assembled, checked, and validated by the client, they are ready to be used for your calls, work sessions, and meetings!
Warranty & After-Sales Service
Our acoustic booths come with a 5-year warranty from the date of installation. This means our after-sales service agents are available for any technical questions or relocation requests.
Should an issue be detected, you can also contact our operational customer service to analyze and repair any defective parts or those worn by time.
These operations, just like manufacturing, delivery, and assembly, are handled entirely in-house.
