Are acoustic pods and meeting rooms really acoustic?
Our pods and our acoustic meeting rooms have been tested by an independent laboratory ensuring a reduction of -35 db according to the ISO 11957 standard.
Attention, we recommend that you beware of advanced noise insulation figures on the internet.
Do not hesitate to ask for certifications to ensure acoustic performance!
Where to test our acoustic booths?
If you want to discover and test leet design acoustic booths, you can visit us in our showroom (by appointment) at 15 rue de Milan in the 9th arrondissement in Paris.
If you can't get around, contact us so that we can direct you to our partner closest to you.
Is there a telephone and wifi network in the cabins?
Acoustic booths are not military shelters, so don't worry, if you capture in your office you will receive both WiFi and the telephone network!
How do I assess the number of acoustic booths needed for my project?
The number of acoustic booths will depend on your use case.
We recommend 3 acoustic booths for a team of 10 salespeople.
Do not hesitate to visit us to learn about the different uses or to take rendezvous with one of our specialists to define your needs.
How do you position an acoustic cabin?
We recommend placing cubicles as close as possible to work areas in order to reduce trips to your office.
They can be positioned against a wall or in the middle of a room. The glass walls do not obstruct the brightness of the room. It is also possible to place them next to each other to optimize space.

How much does an acoustic cabin cost?
Are there used phone boxes?
Used acoustic cabins maintain their value very well thanks to their durability and design.
Do not hesitate to contact us, to discuss your request with a member of our team.
N.B: The acoustic cabin market is recent, there are not many acoustic booths. If we don't have stock we'll put you on the waiting list.
Can you buy phone boxes for rent (lease)?
Our phone boxes are also available for leasing, a rental solution with a purchase option.
The proposed lease terms are: 24,36,48 or 60 months.
The lease price includes delivery, assembly and maintenance.

Is furniture included in the purchase price of the acoustic booths?
All acoustic booths are equipped with a tablet integrated into the price.
Regarding the seats in the acoustic cabins, only those in the Arche S-L, D and Q are included.
For the acoustic cabin S you have 4 optional seat choices.
What should I do if I need to cancel my order?
Cancelling your order depends on the progress of your order.
If you want to cancel it, contact our team to know the procedure to follow.
Logistics & installation
What is the delivery time?
The average delivery time for our pods is 4 weeks in France and 6 weeks in Europe.
This period may be extended during certain periods. This will be confirmed to you in your quote.
Who installs our acoustic booths?
Your future cabin (s) will be installed by members of our teams, professional assemblers specially trained to assemble our acoustic booths.
How will the acoustic booths be installed?
Your future cabin (s) are pre-assembled in our workshops and then assembled at your premises.
Our teams carry out a quality check at the end of the installation to ensure acoustic performance.
N.B: The installation time varies according to the number of products ordered and does not include the delivery time of the parts. It takes 30 minutes for an Arche S/S-L and 2 hours for an Arche D/Q.
How are acoustic booths powered?
Phone booths and acoustic meeting rooms are powered by a 1m50 power cable that plugs into a standard AC outlet (individual booths consume no more than a smartphone and meeting rooms no more than a laptop)!
Are phone booths and meeting rooms demountable?
If you want to move your arch in the same room, you don't need to dismantle it, our acoustic booths are easily moved by pushing them.
If you move, our teams take care of it.

Warranty & security
Are the acoustic booths guaranteed?
All acoustic booths are guaranteed for 5 years.
This warranty covers the acoustic performance, the ventilation system and the lighting system.
It includes labor and travel costs for repairs (at home or in the workshop).
Don't worry, acoustic booths have an estimated lifespan of more than 10 years!
What does the warranty not cover?
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the products; a problem related to use that is not for their intended purpose; deterioration due to shocks; concerns related to a modification of the product (s) by a third party; concerns related to negligence in the maintenance of the product or even due to a force majeure event.
What should I do if a lamp or fan in my phonebox stops working?
If your product malfunctions, don't wait and contact our team or the distributor in charge of your layout.
The 5-year warranty has passed, all components are easily accessible and replaceable
Do you use products that are toxic to users?
The materials used to design our acoustic cabins have been carefully selected for their quality, their ecological aspect and their absence of VOC (flying organic compound).
Your future cabin will not be harmful for you and its users.
Are acoustic booths and meeting rooms recyclable?
All our products have been designed to be recycled or reconditioned at the end of their life.
Our teams are committed to taking back your product and giving it a new life as soon as you part with it!
How do I clean my acoustic booth/acoustic meeting room?
To ensure the durability of your product, it is important to clean it regularly.
For the windows and the floor in the acoustic cabin, nothing complicated, wash them like the ones in your office.
For fabric and wood, do not use chemicals and prefer a dry cloth or magic sponge.
On the other hand, the fabric and the tablet can be disinfected with a disinfectant liquid.
